Phoebe Hartley Guider is an artist and writer living in Richmond, VA. With an art background in acrylics, charcoal, graphite, printmaking, and fiber arts, and a previous focus on writing creative non-fiction, her work now focuses on the use of watercolor and fiber, and on the intersections of illustration, poetry, and politics.

Phoebe is a lifelong resident of Richmond, Virginia (although you can’t tell from her accent!) and lives there with her wife and children.
